Ring in 2016 on Area 31’s location on the 16th floor of the EPIC hotel with a prix-fixe menu of 5 courses brought to life by the talented Chef Birk. Menu items include a 5 Kobe with white alba truffle, quail egg, and sevruga caviar, an array of fish options including a Pulpo, Salmon, Lion Fish, Scallop, and Grouper, a Ricotta Gnocchi with crawfish, morels, and foie gras, and a Confit Veal Breast with Chanterelle mushrooms. For dessert, indulge in a chocolate extravaganza. The fixed price of $195 per person also includes a split of Laurent Perrier Brut per two guests. Dance the night away to sounds by resident DJ Kristian Caro on the terrace opening at 7 p.m. or by the premium open bar available from 9 p.m. – 11 p.m. Cabanas and couches are available for purchase with special bottles and food menu. With a night under the stars and a beautiful display of fireworks, you’ll get 2016 started off with a bang.

LILT Lounge New Years Eve
LILT Lounge is another spot for New Years you don’t want to miss. Celebrate with an “El Ritmo” – A night out in Old Havana themed night. Enjoy delectable bites and craft cocktails all night while getting your salsa on to the sounds of a live ten-piece salsa band.
Complimentary party favors and a stunning firework display at midnight will make bringing in your new year that much more entertaining. Doors will open at 8 p.m., with an open bar available from 9 p.m. – 11 p.m for $100 per person. Tables will be available for purchase with a special bottles and food menu.
