22 Jun Den Corner’s Summer Rooftop Party Featured in Denver Business Journal
For brothers Yasu and Toshi Kizaki, nationally acclaimed owners/chefs of Sushi Den, Izakaya Den and OTOTO, it’s important to “take care of your neighbors” whether it be by granting guests access to an authentic Japanese dining experience or by sponsoring the construction of a 200-space parking garage to “alleviate parking woes for residents and other businesses in the Denver neighborhood.” Ed Sealover of the Denver Business Journal gives us the full scoop on the Kizaki’s multimillion-dollar investment for the South Pearl Street neighborhood and other plans for giving such as their Summer Rooftop Party occurring on June 28 and 29.
To celebrate the opening of their new multi-million dollar parking garage, the Kizaki brothers are throwing a rooftop party complete with Japanese Ramen chefs, an array of food stations – from noodles to BBQ to sushi, sake and beer, and live music. The best part? All proceeds from the event will be donated to earthquake relief agencies in the Kizaki’s hometown of Kumamoto, Japan to assist the victims affected by the April 2016 earthquakes.
The response to this event has been overwhelming to say the least – both nights are completely sold out. A big thank you to everyone who has supported; we will see you there!
