Izakaya Den

Winning numerous architectural and design awards, Izakaya Den opened Summer 2013 in Denver, CO.  With an extensive sushi menu featuring daily fish shipments from the fish market in southern Japan, Master Chef Toshi Kizaki created a signature global menu indicative of “Izakaya” style.  The multi-level interior is a blend of East and West including a custom sushi bar with silk butterfly columns created in Japan, a dramatic bar with red lacquer ceiling boxes holding authentic sake barrels, and intimate private dining areas divided by re-purposed sliding silk screens.
