The Deck at Island Gardens’ endless views of Miami and outstanding cuisine creates the perfect stage to watch the big game, Sunday, Feb. 2, 2020.
The waterfront restaurant will be “decked out” with live viewing on big screens and tables decorated in festive football gear for a full day of football, from pre-game to touchdown!
Big Game Brunch Edition | 12 to 4 pm
Pre-game at the Executive Chef Alfio Longo’s expansive brunch buffet, specially football themed for the occasion.
Including luxurious hot and cold stations with Salt Crusted Whole Fish, Oven-Baked Lamb Shoulder, and an Omelet station, vegetarian options are also available with Grilled Cucumber and Labneh, Quinoa Tabbouleh & Beetroot Salad, and Old Spice Cinnamon Rice, to name a few. The dessert stations overflow with Pot de Crèmes, Raspberry Tarts, Devil’s Food, Dulce de Leche, Orange Bundt Cakes, cookies, petit fours, cheese, and tropical fruit.
Servers will pass complimentary American fare including sliders, pizza and chicken lollipops. Brunch is $65.00 per person, and includes a welcome mimosa or Bellini.
Big Game Dinner Edition | 6 pm to late
Kick off the big game with The Deck at Island Gardens football-themed specials including the Tailgate Platter ($49) with Wagyu Beef Sliders, Maine Lobster Rolls, Chicken Lollipops, Pork Baby Back Ribs with chips and guacamole. Each platter item can be ordered separately ($10 – $18). Restaurant’s regular menu will also be offered.
The restaurant’s famous “Champagne Parades” will take place throughout the game. Big spenders can show off, and be the most popular table, with “TouchDown” ($5000) including 6 bottles of Perrier-Jouet Rose, 1 magnum of Grey Goose and 1 bottle of Don Julio 1942. Additional “Big Game Parades” range from $1000 to $2250.

Please note, The Deck at Island Gardens will be booked for private parties Thursday through Saturday (Jan. 30, 31 & Feb. 1), and will not be taking reservations.
